Hi! For me personally, the best method is to use the built-in chat or direct message functions, as this allows you to quickly get a response. For example, when I had questions about an order on Etsy, I used the communication function with their support. Thanks to Etsy Support, I received clear and useful recommendations in a matter of minutes. This approach really simplifies the process and helps you focus on the pleasant aspects of shopping.
