Hello Courtney,

We have a patient that came to our office to restore teeth that were extracted due to cancer ( Mandibular Lingual Mucosa) . We want to bill medical insurance for multiple unit bridge. The CDT codes are D6740, D2950, D6245. Each code needs to reported more then once. Do I need to list each code separately or just add number of units for each code? If just the number of units need to be reported, are the teeth numbers need to be provided in narrative? Are there any CPT crossecodes for these dental codes? What ICD-10 should I use?
Any help is appreciated !
