Hi elizabeth davis!

D7951 - sinus augmentation with bone or bone substitutes via a lateral open approach

As for the ICD-10 (diagnosis) codes - it all depends on why the patient is receiving the services, in other words, what conditions/symptoms are these services treating?

For example, some common diagnosis codes used for sinus augmentation are:

K08.24 - Minimal atrophy of maxilla
K08.25 - Moderate atrophy of the maxilla
K08.26 - Severe atrophy of the maxilla

Hope this helps!

Thank you for telling me the medical diagnosis code for the dental D7951 which insurance needs. I already gave them the procedure code but they need medical diagnosis code. Thank you
