D7251 - Coronectomy – intentional partial tooth removal


There is actually not a direct crosscode for coronectomy we are aware of, so typically you can either bill the "D" code on the medical claim (many insurers these days will process "D" codes when they are medically necessary services), or use the CPT code 41899 (Unlisted procedure, dentoalveolar structures) with a narrative description.
