So there isn't a standard modifier we're aware of to use on your 3D scans, they are typically billed with no modifier.
However, if you perform only the scan itself (the technical component), and a different provider bills insurance for the read/interpretation (professional component), then modifiers 26 and TC can be used.
The provider performing the technical component would use modifier TC. The provider performing the read/interpretation would use modifier 26.
