Can someone help with solid information about codes 21248 and 21249? I have been searching the web and getting mixed results:
21248 - Partial = 1-3 "teeth", "per jaw", "in an arch" (which is correct?)
21249 - Complete = 4 or more

I have implants being placed for teeth 6,8,10,and 11. This is medical/due to trauma.
What would I bill for this first procedure (implant placement with abutments). And what would I bill when the placement of the actual prosthetic pieces (if anything) are placed?

Any help would be much appreciated.
