Hi. I have been very sick the last 3 years from gastric bypass surgery gone terribly wrong. I couldn't keep any food down. Had a gtube. Eventually had to have it reversed. But by the time I had that done, all my teeth crumbled out of my head from such malnutrition. I spoke to my insurance, they said it was possible to get them to cover implants, that I would have to get a dental consult and get CPT codes. And depending on what the CPT codes were, they may cover it. What CPT codes would apply for this?
