	Here’s a sample outline of what we cover during our personalized DentalWriter™ Diagnostic Report Training:

	For starters, patient questionnaires are discussed and selected by the trainer and dental office for each DentalWriter™ module. Modules available include: Sleep Apnea Orthotics, TMD, Periodontal, Implant, General Dentistry and Orthodontics. A discussion of when patients receive each of the forms either electronically or by paper, will accomplish the first step of utilizing the Software; which DentalWriter Forms are to be used by the dental team. Examination forms are selected as well as x-ray report forms and the navigator forms which are check sheets for certain modules. Accident cases are discussed with the use of accident related forms. Recheck appointment, documentation and review. Use of the Progress and Followup Reports using DentalWriter™ Software. Training of DentalWriter™ Diagnostic Report Software: All modules that were activated upon purchase are included in the training. We will generate diagnostic reports with opening and closings automatically generated for each recipient type. Trainer will review recipient types including medical insurance, the other health care providers the patient is seeing, referring doctors, attorneys and other recipient types. Customization features are demonstrated and practiced including setting up check boxes where appropriate and adding commonly used sentences the practice uses, if necessary. The use of the “Bull’s-eye” to precheck default checkboxes is demonstrated.

	Review and use of DentalWriter™ Quickletters:
	DentalWriter™ Quickletters keyword search, customizing letters and advanced features. Using the DentalWriter™ Quickletters module, the office will learn which template letters to use for the following: Insurance Verification Insurance Appeals Patient Education Patient documentation, such as consents Marketing and physician education And more

	MedClaims Express™ Module:
	CMS 1500 claim form review—How to complete the claim form, generating and printing.

	CrossCode™ Module:
	Cross-code from dental to medical codes utilizing CrossCode™ Module ICD and CPT codes. Crosscoding, discussion of codes, risk management, billing medical insurance for service, common UCR fee ranges Claim Examples from CrossCode™, NEW codes for the current year.

	Advanced DentalWriter™ Features:
	We’ll show you How to Load images and print in reports. Letter Head Defaults—How to set up defaults in program, (Header Footer—How to get your office logo or letterhead on 1st page of reports.) Customizing closing and ending modifications Assistant intake procedures for the TMD and OSA patient and chair side data entry practice, if requested. Scheduling TMD and OSA patient, if requested.
