You must register and return to Tech Support in order to receive the secure Code
required for installation of any Nierman Software.
Tech Support options are available to members who have purchased or updated their
software within the allowable time frame. The timeframe is controlled by the effective
date of the last purchase of the software or the last purchase of an upgrade.
Also, software customers that have registered their products within the effective
date will be able to download the updates as they become available.

- Email our Technical Support staff with questions concerning your software or software
upgrade. Responses will be answered by our Technical Support staff within 24 or
48 hours after receiving your email.
- Be notified by email when an update is currently available.
- Be allowed to view the Installation support notes, installation options, network
setup, etc.
- Be allowed to download the most current version of the software.
