We forgot the password for DentalWriter™ Online. How do we get it back?

DentalWriter™ does not keep any record of user's passwords. To reset your password, go to www.dentalregistration.com and select "Recover Password". Enter your username, click on "Submit" and a temporary password (along with instructions) will be sent to the e-mail address entered during the registration process. This is a temporary password and you will need to change it once you have successfully logged into www.dentalregistration.com. Please follow the instructions on the e-mail. If you have trouble re-setting the password, please call the toll free number 800-879-6468 select option 2, and a technician will assist you in re-setting the password.
