I am trying to find the diagnosis code for an extraction performed due to radiation therapy. I can't even find a medical crosscode for a D7210. Under the diagnosis codes for D7210 in my book, I can't find a single one pertaining to treatment for cancer. Please help!

D7210 - Extraction, erupted tooth requiring removal of bone and/or sectioning of tooth, and including elevation of mucoperiosteal flap if indicated
There are not direct crosscodes we are aware of for extraction, so you can either use the "D" code on the medical claim (many insurers these days will process "D" codes when they are medically necessary services), or you can use the CPT code below and include a narrative report describing the procedure:
41899 - Unlisted procedure, dentoalveolar structures
As for diagnosis coding options:
K02.3 - Arrested dental caries
K02.51 - Dental caries on pit and fissure surface limited to enamel
K02.52 - Dental caries on pit and fissure surface penetrating into dentin
K02.53 - Dental caries on pit and fissure surface penetrating into pulp
K02.61 - Dental caries on smooth surface limited to enamel
K02.62 - Dental caries on smooth surface penetrating into dentin
K02.63 - Dental caries on smooth surface penetrating into pulp
