Hi.
Question...how do I bill for the surgical implants for an all-on-four? Our practice has always gone by the notion that this is never covered by insurance. However, patient has excellent dental coverage of 100% for implants, fixed dentures, and has no deductibles and no annual maximum. How can I bill to make the implant surgery and the fixed dentures covered with their dental insurance, which is Delta Dental Premiere?
