The DWConnector is connected to your software and sometimes, specially over a weekend, it looses the connection to your practice software.

In such a case the DWConnector will appear like it is running but in fact it is not and you need to re-start the DWConnector.

To "restart" the DWConnector, locate the icon on the system tray (lower bottom right) and right click on the DWConnector and select "Exit". This will remove the icon from the system tray.

Find the shortcut on your desktop for the DWConnector and double click on the shortcut to start it. Once it starts, it will place the icon on the system tray.
