Hello,

I attended your seminar several years ago and I'm running into an issue with which diagnosis codes to use for treatment resulting from an accident.

The CPT codes are
21210 - 52 modifier (for 3 bone grafts)
41870 (soft tissue regeneration)
D7210 (5 extractions)

BCBS NC is stating that diagnosis codes S09.93XD and S02.5XXD are both invalid for the services...if all services were done as a result of fractured teeth and injury to the face, and are submitted with K08.26, K08.419, how are the prior codes not applicable?

Thank you!
