Hello! I have a treatment plan I have tried to cross code. I am trying to figure out the right ICD-10 codes and how to sequence them.
This patient has congenitally missing teeth from an unspecified disorder from birth. They have difficulty chewing and swallowing and severe periodontitis.

The cross coding I did looks like this:

D7994, D6056, D6010: 21249
D4266: 41870
D7210: 41899
D7953: 21210
D9222, D9223: 00170

ICD-10 codes:
K00.0 ANODONTIA
K00.9 Disorder of tooth development, unspecified
K08.26 Severe atrophy of the maxilla
K08.493 Partial loss of teeth due to other specified cause, class III
K08.0 Exfoliation of teeth due to systemic causes
K12.39 Other oral mucositis (ulcerative)
K00.5 Hereditary disturbances in tooth structure, not elsewhere classified
Q38.6 Other congenital malformations of mouth
R13.10 Dysphagia
Z87.8 Personal history of other specified conditions
Q78.0 Osteogenesis imperfecta
M26.9 Dentofacial anomaly, unspecified
Q89.9 Congenital malformation, unspecified

Any feedback would be great! Thank you!
