As for diagnosis code(s) - this will depend on the patient's condition, or basically why are the services being done. If you could provide me some details on that, i would be happy to offer you some coding options. (for example, if the teeth are being replaced because they were knocked out during a traumatic accident, there are codes to indicate missing teeth due to trauma)

Hello, My insurance company will not reimburse for my two front teeth procedure. We cannot give them the ICD 10 codes if i don't know them and neither does the dentist. We gave them 41899 they want the icd 10 codes for the replacement of the two front teeth. both tooth 8 and 9 had the following procedure done.
tooth 8 and 9- crown buildup include any pins
tooth 8 and 9 - labial veneer (porcelin lam) lab.
Been going back and forth since June. Please Help.
